Yes, yes, a brand new post will be along soon, I promise...but in the meantime, I was coerced/wheedled/forced into writing a post as a guest blogger for the Long Haired General herself, so why not pop over here to read it? It's called 'Life at the cakeface'. She puts a lot more effort into her blog than I do - look, there's pictures and everything! (there's some dodgy centre-aligned text though, but she just won't be told...)
